Assignment
This class is usually in the fall and taught once every four semesters. We paint outside as long as the weather will permit, and the students complete one painting per class. The paintings are small works on canvas and wood. Each student paints 16 to 20 paintings with three additional homework paintings that are completed as larger format studio pieces. For the homework, the students use reference drawings and photos.
